Daylite Window is a non-union commercial window, window wall, and storefront contractor operating in the New York City metropolitan area.

Luis Diana brings over 20 years of experience to the window business. He began his career as a laborer for a major window erection company in New York that worked for both the public and private sectors. Through the years he worked his way up to becoming the Director of Operations for the company. After reaching his plateau with his former company in 2002, he then decided to establish Daylite Window. Luis brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to the installation of highly complex systems.

Anthony Ross joined Daylite after 14 years as the president and chief operating officer of major regional window manufacturers. Anthony was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company where they designed and manufactured windows, window walls for mid-rise and high-rise commercial buildings at their 175,000 square foot factory in upstate New York. He also managed the installation of these window products with both union and non-union erectors. Anthony began his career as a lawyer in the construction industry and brings a vast general knowledge of the construction process and an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Matthew Leiser has nearly 15 years of experience in the window, curtain wall, and facade industry. Matthew has an extensive project management background in both the manufacturing and installation of windows, window wall, storefront, metal panel, and other facade-related items. He is known for his hands-on approach and willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. He believes that the successful completion of any project requires a good balance of attention between the field and the office. This sentiment is spread throughout the Project Management and Field teams here at Daylite Window.

Together, Luis, Anthony, and Matthew have established an excellent reputation in the New York City construction industry through their passion for facade design and dedication to customer service. They pride themselves on their ability to quickly and efficiently complete projects with a close hands-on approach. They have assisted in the design process of many projects by lending their practical knowledge to the process, always trying to bring the most economical and desirable product to the client. Luis, Anthony, and Matthew pride themselves on doing business as gentlemen and always bringing every project to successful completion.
